Working with multi stakeholders

All direct and indirect stakeholders are actively consulted and engaged through one to one dialogues and group discussions as appropriate.

We work with village development officers, especially poverty alleviation groups and women's societies, Grama Niladharies ( village headman), contractors, local government councils, Ministries, government departments ( Forestry/ Wildlife/Environment) employees and their families, guests, guides, drivers, school children, school principals & teachers, universities, unemployed youth, local communities within the village and in neighbouring villages, community leaders, farmer societies, community centres, village welfare societies, religious institution consisting of multi religions, environmental societies, suppliers, farmers, local traders, tour operators, government officials, sports clubs of schools , traders associations, Cultural Triangle Hoteliers Association, craft councils, productivity agencies, hospital staff, village midwifes etc
